Focusing on appellations such as Saint-Romain, Auxey-Duresses, and Pommard, he favors precise vinifications and judicious barrel aging, producing wines that combine finesse, structure, and aromatic depth. 100% destemmed grapes, followed by cold maceration for 7 to 10 days depending on the vintage.

After a few days of settling, all red wines are transferred by gravity into the cellar and aged 100% in recent oak barrels, 20–25% of which are new, for 14 to 16 months depending on the vintage.
