Presentation
The Domaine Soleyrade is located in Sérignan du Comtat, in the heart of the southern Côtes du Rhône, near the famous crus of Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Founded in 1986 by Marie-Christine Andrieu and Pascal Valadier, the estate started with 6 hectares of vineyards under a farming lease. Today, it covers 15 hectares of vineyards cultivated in organic agriculture, certified by Ecocert. The estate mainly produces red and rosé wines under the Côtes du Rhône and Côtes du Rhône Villages appellations. Terroir
Clay-limestone soils covered with stones, vineyards located at an altitude of 110m under the influence of the mistral.
Winemaking
After destemming, the grapes are put into vats separately and vinified traditionally with rackings. The temperatures are maintained around 28°C to preserve the finesse of the tannins.

Tasting
Beautiful garnet color, bright and clear. The nose reveals aromas of black fruits and spices (licorice, clove). On the palate, the wine is smooth and round with fine tannins and a beautiful length in the finish.

Perfect with grilled meats, cold cuts, rabbit with mustard, Basque chicken, and pizza.
