Terroir
Grapes come from limestone and marly soils.
Winemaking
The grapes are harvested early in the morning and pressed directly. The juice is cold settled before starting fermentation at a relatively low temperature.

This Chardonnay-Grenache has a beautiful golden color, it offers aromas of apple, apricot, and white flowers (lily, acacia), with buttery notes. The palate presents a perfect balance between freshness and roundness.
Food pairings
This Chardonnay-Grenache pairs perfectly with fish and fish and chicken dishes. It is also excellent served on its own, as an aperitif. Serve at 8-10°C.
