Tasting
Its bright ruby hue strikes the perfect balance—not too pale, not too dark. This harmony continues on the nose, with a bouquet rich in black berries (blackcurrant, blackberry, blueberry) and floral aromas (peony). On the palate, the wine is elegant and supple from the start—balanced, fleshy, and highly enjoyable. The tannins mellow quickly, leading to a velvety texture with notes of leather, spice, and game.
Food pairings
With its measured tannic structure and velvety feel, this Beaune Cent Vignes is a perfect match for delicate meats and white meats. Its supple attack and red and black fruit notes make it a wonderfully versatile wine. A charming choice alongside cured ham and charcuterie, roasted veal or pork, skewers, rabbit, herb-infused pasta, or poultry risottos. Even grilled fish will find a delightful partner in this wine.
