The "Jazz & Musette" wine range celebrates the French art of living, where conviviality and pleasure mingle. Our bi-varietal wines, such as Grenache-Cinsault, Chardonnay-Grenache, and Cabernet-Syrah, are designed to evoke the warm atmosphere of small cafes where people gather to have a drink, dance, and enjoy music. "Jazz & Musette" embodies this unique atmosphere, where each sip recalls the harmonious chords of a lively evening, punctuated by jazz notes and musette tunes, offering a wine experience as lively as these iconic places.
Terroir
The grapes come from limestone and marl soils.
Winemaking
Before a delicate pressing, the grapes are left to macerate on their skins for a few hours, in order to obtain a beautiful hue and add complexity to the wine. The must then ferments at low temperature (16-18°C) in stainless steel tanks, thus preserving the freshness and fruity aromas. The aging, short and in stainless steel tanks, lasts only a few months, in order to preserve all the liveliness of this rosé.
