Presentation

The Hubert BOUZEREAU-GRUÈRE & Filles estate is a family-run business, stemming from two old winemaking families, originating from Meursault for Hubert BOUZEREAU and from Chassagne-Montrachet for Marie-France GRUÈRE. Hubert BOUZEREAU is the 7th generation of winemakers in the family, and it was in 1970 that he established his own estate with his wife Marie-France. Since 2001, two of their daughters, Marie-Laure and Marie-Anne, have joined them and created the Domaine Hubert BOUZEREAU-GRUÈRE

Terroir

A clay-limestone terroir.

Harvest

The grape harvest is done manually.

Winemaking

Pneumatic pressing, settling, alcoholic fermentation without added yeast, malolactic fermentation.

Ageing

Aged in oak barrels with 25% new barrels. Aging on lees for one year with regular stirring.
