Presentation

The Domaine Montaude is located in the commune of Roquecourbe-Minervois. The vineyard of 50 hectares of vines extends on the slopes and terraces of the balconies of the Aude. With a traditional vineyard, composed of Carignan, Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault in old vines, as well as Merlot, Cabernet-Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, the vineyard produces AOP Minervois wines and Pays d'Oc wines. Committed to respecting the environment and its terroir, the Montaude estate practices a reasoned culture, and has been engaged in organic farming since 2019, putting into practice the principles of organic farming (BIO certification since 2022).

Tasting

Beautiful purple color. Intense nose of red and black fruits, with hints of spices and vanilla. On the palate, the wine is smooth and round, with well-integrated tannins and a persistent, silky finish.
