Located at the northern edge of Burgundy near Auxerre, the Chablis vineyard spans approximately 5,800 hectares. Dedicated exclusively to Chardonnay, it produces dry and mineral white wines, thanks to soils rich in limestone and Kimmeridgian marl. Annual production is about 40 million bottles, divided among four appellation levels: Petit Chablis, Chablis, Chablis Premier Cru, and Chablis Grand Cru. The semi-continental climate and unique terroirs give Chablis wines their characteristic freshness and finesse.
