Terroir
This wine is produced from Grenache and Rolle grape varieties. The grapes were grown on vines aged 15 to 20 years, planted on the clay-limestone soils of Languedoc, near the Mediterranean coast. These two grape varieties thrive in arid regions. The climate of this area is hot, dry, and very sunny.
Winemaking
The grapes undergo direct pressing. Settling is crucial to obtain a very clear juice, which is then vinified like a white wine and fermented at a low temperature (15°C). For this wine, malolactic fermentation is not performed.
