Terroir
This wine comes from vines cultivated on limestone soils in the south of France.
Winemaking
The grapes are harvested early in the morning in order to bring in fresh grapes. Direct pressing, significant settling to obtain a clear juice, then fermentation at low temperature to obtain a lot of fruit (red fruits, grenadine) and a fresh mouthfeel with a good balance between roundness and acidity.

Both round and fresh, this well-balanced rosé wine offers intense aromas of strawberry, raspberry, fruit candies with a hint of rose.
