The Beau Chêne wines are inspired by the majestic oaks that populate the French forests. Like these often centuries-old trees deeply rooted in the earth, our wines come from vines that draw their character and balance from the depths of the soil.
Terroir
The grapes come from deep and gravelly soils.
Winemaking
The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are harvested at perfect ripeness. Long maceration at controlled temperature, except for the Merlot which is vinified in carbonic maceration to extract more fruit.

Tasting
This wine has a beautiful deep red color and a velvety appearance. The nose reveals very intense aromas of dark chocolate, cherry, and blackcurrant enhanced by notes of green pepper, very typical of the cabernet sauvignon grape variety. This wine is rich, round with ripe tannins. It is a very complex and elegant wine.
Food pairings
Its rich and complex aromas will pair perfectly with traditional cuisine (hachis parmentier, gratins, pepper steak), grilled dishes and cheeses, and chocolate desserts. Serve at 17°C.
