Terroir
In Rouffach, the hills protected by the Vosges peaks benefit from generous sunshine and a dry microclimate, favorable to a beautiful ripeness of the grapes. The soil, predominantly limestone, well-drained and exposed from the east to the southwest, allows the Pinot Gris to develop a precise aromatic expression while maintaining freshness and tension. This terroir imparts a subtle minerality and a beautiful structure to the wine, a signature of the best plots in the region.
Winemaking
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature, with the natural yeasts from the terroir, in order to preserve the aromatic brilliance of the Pinot Gris.
Ageing
A breeding on fine lees allows to bring volume and flexibility while respecting the freshness of the vintage.

Food pairings
The aromatic richness and balance of this Pinot Gris make it an ideal partner for flavorful dishes.
