In the vineyard

The vineyard is managed using biodynamic methods. The vines are grown without the addition of fertilizers or the use of pesticides to bring out the best in the expression of this particular terroir. For soil maintenance, the estate practices controlled evolving natural grass cover: it allows the varieties of grasses that grow spontaneously to establish themselves, each contributing in their own way to soil improvement.

Harvest

The grape harvest is done by hand.

Winemaking

The philosophy of the Domain is also reflected in winemaking. From the moment we harvest ripe, healthy and balanced grapes, the vinification process will occur spontaneously. The different families of yeast naturally present on the berries will carry out the fermentations. The wines thus obtained are complex, rich and long on the palate. Vinified and aged in concrete and stainless steel tanks. The vinification is done without yeast addition, enzyming, or any other additive.
