Domaine Pansiot
Domaine Pansiot is located in Corgoloin, at the southern end of the Côte de Nuits, in a transitional area between the Côte de Nuits and the Côte de Beaune. The estate was founded in 1981 by Éric Pansiot, starting from 4 hectares of family vineyards. Over time, it has grown through acquisitions and family continuity, notably with the arrival of Émilie Pansiot in 2005.
Today, the domaine covers around 21 hectares, with vineyards spread across several appellations including Gevrey-Chambertin, Beaune, Chorey-lès-Beaune, Savigny-lès-Beaune and Meursault. This diversity of terroirs allows the estate to showcase a wide range of Burgundy expressions, with wines focused on fruit precision, balance and a clear sense of origin.
The style of Domaine Pansiot reflects an approachable and well-crafted vision of Burgundy, where accuracy and drinkability take precedence over excess. The wines are expressive, elegant and generous, rooted in a strong family identity and a practical understanding of the vineyard. It is a domaine that combines heritage, continuity and a clear interpretation of its terroirs.
