Terroir
Vinified with grapes from selected vines of Rolle and Chardonnay, they are grown on the best deep soils in the south of France.
Winemaking
Mechanical harvesting. The grapes undergo a traditional 10-day vinification process. The malolactic fermentation is fully completed.
