Tasting

Part of the Beaune appellation, Côte de Beaune Les Monts Battois Monopole is a white wine with vibrant energy and a brilliant golden hue. The bouquet is filled with citrus notes—lemon, grapefruit—and fresh herbal aromas. On the palate, it offers roundness and suppleness, supported by a lively acidity. The fruit expression is charming, complemented by a touch of minerality, and often finishes with a hint of hazelnut.

Food pairings

Ideal as an aperitif, or with oysters, fish, white meats, and poultry.
