Located in Beaune, Domaine Jean-Jacques Giboulot farms around 12 hectares of vineyards spread across Beaune, Savigny-lès-Beaune and Volnay. The estate became known early on for its environmental commitment: as early as the 1970s, Jean-Jacques Giboulot chose to convert the vineyards to organic farming and later biodynamics, a pioneering approach in Burgundy at the time.

Today, his son Guillaume Giboulot continues this work with the same dedication, focusing on soil life and low-intervention winemaking. This philosophy allows each climat to express its character with clarity, resulting in wines that are vibrant, precise and deeply rooted in their terroir.
