Located in Vandières, in the heart of the Vallée de la Marne, Champagne Denis Salomon is a family-owned estate that has been passing down its artisanal know-how for several generations, now embodied by Nicolas Salomon. Officially established in 1974, the house cultivates around 5 hectares of vineyards, spread over 23 plots with varied exposures, where Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir thrive.

Deeply committed to its terroir, the estate stands out for its dedication to sustainable viticulture, certified High Environmental Value (HVE). The soils are carefully tended without herbicides or insecticides, preserving the natural balance of the vine. In the cellar, parcel-based vinification reveals the uniqueness of each site. Fermentations are carried out in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats or oak barrels, with no fining or filtration, and extended ageing on lees imparts great complexity and refined effervescence to the cuvées. Remaining true to a precise and contemporary identity, Champagne Denis Salomon crafts low-dosage champagnes, marked by elegant freshness, notes of citrus and white fruits, and a long, mineral finish.
