Cave De La Vigne Blanche
Located in the heart of the Mâconnais, Cave de la Vigne Blanche brings together around fifteen winegrowers committed to producing quality wines that respect local traditions. Situated in a region where Chardonnay reigns supreme, the estate works carefully selected parcels on clay-limestone soils, which give the wines their typicity and freshness.
The winery follows a sustainable, reasoned approach to viticulture, limiting chemical inputs and promoting meticulous soil management to preserve biodiversity. Harvests are carried out either by hand or mechanically depending on the parcel, ensuring high-quality grapes.
In the cellar, vinification in stainless steel tanks preserves the aromatic purity of Chardonnay, while certain batches benefit from ageing on lees, adding texture and complexity.
What sets Cave de la Vigne Blanche apart is its collaborative approach and its commitment to crafting wines that are both accessible and authentic. Its cuvées, marked by notes of white fruit and citrus, combine freshness and suppleness, while faithfully expressing the character of their terroir.
