Vignoble De Pauline

Vignoble De Pauline

The Vignoble de Pauline is a young family estate rooted in the winemaking history of Burgundy. In 2021, Pauline took over the vineyards of her maternal grandparents, located in Saint-Romain and Auxey-Duresses, at the heart of the Côte de Beaune. Drawing on this legacy passed down with passion, she brings new life to the land with energy and precision, offering a modern and sensitive interpretation of Burgundy wines.

The estate covers a few carefully selected hectares, including old vines planted in the 1970s. Each plot is farmed organically, with a deep respect for biodiversity and soil health. This committed approach aims to express the unique identity of each terroir through elegant, precise, and vibrant wines.

A standout anecdote about the estate is that Pauline’s very first commercial vintage, in 2022, was vinified at Domaine Truchetet, where she benefits from exceptional technical and familial support. This strong connection between generations and estates gives her wines a distinctive character, at once personal and ambitious, marking the promising beginning of a domaine to watch.
