Terroir
The Pinot Noir clusters come from old vines grown in the best French Mediterranean terroirs.
Winemaking
The Pinot Noir clusters are harvested early in the morning. They are vinified using a modern approach to winemaking, in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The aim is to obtain a fresh and fruity base wine, with very good acidity. The second fermentation takes place in tank under pressure with selected yeasts. The second fermentation and bottling are carried out under the strict control of our oenologists.

Tasting
This wine has a delicate pink color and fine, sparkling bubbles that increase its liveliness. Fine scents of white flowers, with hints of red fruits (strawberry, redcurrant) as well as notes of citrus and mandarin. It is a balanced wine with a persistent finish.
Food pairings
This sparkling rosé wine is perfect for an aperitif, but it can also be enjoyed with pastries or cakes. Serve at a temperature of 4 to 8 °C as an aperitif or dessert.
