Presentation
The Ludovic POUZOL range highlights the largest vineyard in the world, Le Pays d'Oc, located in the south of France. It presents a wide variety of terroirs, from the sunny shores of the Mediterranean in the south, to the mountain foothills of the Cévennes in the north and the banks of the Rhône in the east to the foothills of the Pyrenees.
Terroir
This wine, made from the Marsanne grape variety, is grown on the deep soils of the Aude valley and the plain of the Hérault. The vines benefit from a hot and sunny climate with moderate rainfall.
Winemaking
Vinified in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature (15-17°C), this classic white wine is then aged in tank.

Pale yellow in color, this subtle wine reveals aromas of dried apricots, peach, and quince, with floral nuances. Rich and round, it finishes with honeyed notes.
