Presentation
Château Peyrouley has belonged to the same family since 1870 with 83 hectares. The vineyard is located on limestone hills that are relatively close to the Bordeaux coast, offering the Peyrouley Blanc a very interesting minerality with optimal yield and water flow.
Winemaking
The Château Peyrouley is traditionally vinified after a low-temperature skin maceration in order to reveal the aromas that give the typicality of a very particular terroir.
