Presentation
Since 1870 and after six generations, the vineyard now covers 78 hectares on clay-limestone hillsides. The combination of slopes and southern exposure drains the soils and brings heat to the grapes.
Winemaking
The Château Peyrouley is vinified according to traditional methods from Bordeaux.

Cabernet-sauvignon : 22%
Petit verdot : 3%

Tasting
The Merlot brings roundness with aromas of red fruits, the Cabernet gives it spicy notes, and the Petit Verdot provides structure to the wine. A wine with weight and density as well as ripe tannins and spicy notes.
