Presentation
The fresh and exotic fruit aromas of sauvignon blanc, the dried or candied fruits and white flower notes of sémillon and muscadelle with subtle woody and vanilla hints make up the complexity of Lynch-Bages White wine. On the palate, it combines freshness and vigor with a round, generous, and elegant structure. Lively and explosive in its youth, Blanc de Lynch-Bages maintains a beautiful length on the palate throughout its life, a characteristic of great white wines from Bordeaux.
Terroir
Stretching over some 100 hectares in the municipality of Pauillac, the Lynch-Bages vineyard is entirely based on the preferred soil of great wines, formed along the estuary by the gravel alluvium of the Médoc. The property occupies the well-defined slopes located to the south and southwest of the town. The soils of Lynch-Bages are homogeneous, mainly composed of Garonne gravel from the Günz (early Quaternary) resulting from the slow erosion of the Pyrenees by the Garonne. Very draining and low in silt, these stony and sandy soils accumulate heat during the day to better release it at night. Poor and infertile, they allow for moderate vine growth and promote deep rooting.
Ageing
Aged on lees in barrels for six months (50% new oak).

Tasting
''Blanc de Lynch-Bages 2025 displays a bright colour with golden highlights. The nose is expressive and complex, marked by notes of citrus, stone fruits and exotic fruits, accompanied by delicate hints of acacia blossom. On the palate, the wine is smooth and full-bodied, with subtle, well-integrated oak notes bringing roundness and balance.'' - Nicolas Labenne, Technical Director.
