Presentation
Aromas of Pavie" becomes, starting from the 2005 vintage, the label of the second wine of Château Pavie. This new label succeeds that of "Château Tour Simard", in order to facilitate the identification of the wine by consumers. This wine mainly comes from young vines under 10 years old as well as efforts of selection from the first wine. We provide the same care as for the first wine, both in viticulture and vinification.
