Quality is developed from the beginning of the vine's vegetative cycle, during pruning when limiting the grape yield is crucial; quantity is then set aside in favor of quality.

Graves Garonnaises et Pyrénéennes" translates to "Garonne and Pyrenean Gravels.
Winemaking
Pre-fermentation maceration. Fermentation duration: 20 days.
Ageing
12 months in French oak barrels.

Tasting
