Presentation
The Teynac vineyard is located on the most beautiful gravelly slopes of Saint Julien, on the soils of Beychevelle, surrounded by the Classified Growths which occupy 90% of the appellation's surface. In the 3rd edition of Bordeaux et ses vins in 1874, it is mentioned that "Château Teynac, classified among the second fourth growths in the official classification of 1834." In 1990, it became the property of the Pairault family along with Château Corconnac.
