Charm Flower is a Pauillac wine made from the finest terroirs of the appellation. Made from Merlots and Cabernet Sauvignons from a Grand Cru Classé that has been a long-standing partner of Compagnie Médocaine, the blend was crafted by us. From grape selection to vinification, we have taken all the care necessary in creating Charm Flower. This is how this great wine, elegant, delicate, and charming, was born.
Winemaking
Traditional fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 15 days at controlled temperature. Maceration for 2 to 3 weeks.
Ageing
In barrels of 1 wine for 18 months.
Varietals
Merlot : 65%
Cabernet-sauvignon : 35%
Tasting
The color of Fleur de Charme 2023 is a deep ruby. The nose is enhanced by red fruits and spices. The attack is smooth, harmonious, then the palate develops with a fleshy and gourmet tension. In the finish, we find the balance and fullness that allow to appreciate this wine from a young age. Indeed, the blend highlights elegance and finesse without denying the powerful style of Pauillac.
