Tasting
Caprice de Berticot displays a beautiful deep red color with violet highlights. The nose reveals an appealing aromatic intensity, with notes of crisp red fruits (blackcurrant, raspberry, cherry) accompanied by a subtle spicy touch. On the palate, the wine is elegant and fruity, with tannins that are present yet well-integrated.
Food pairings
This wine pairs wonderfully with grilled meats (beef, pork ribs, duck breast), as well as convivial dishes such as homemade burgers, hearty pizzas, or charcuterie boards. It also goes well with roasted poultry, lightly sauced dishes, and aged hard cheeses.
