Proudly rooted in the festive tradition of the South-West, the 1.2.3 BIB range was specially designed to brighten up barbecues, refresh afternoons by the water, and spice up aperitifs with friends!
This white wine comes from a vineyard located in the north of Gers and the south of Lot-et-Garonne, covering 5 hectares of clay-limestone soils.
Winemaking
Pressing after a short skin-contact maceration. Cold settling and low-temperature vinification (16–18°C).

Tasting
1.2.3 Sud-Ouest is a lively and highly aromatic white wine, with citrus notes typical of Sauvignon and exotic fruit aromas characteristic of Gros Manseng.

It is perfect with seafood and fish, but also ideal as an aperitif.
