TERRES ROUGES BLANC

La Vicomté, IGP Côteaux du Salagou, Terres Rouges, Blanc, 2025

Presentation

.

Location

The red that colors the shores of the Salagou lake and valley is made up of sandstone and clay, commonly known as "ruffes". These rocks are the result of slow deposition of sediments over nearly 270 million years. The presence of iron oxide, which gives the soil its red color, gives our wines their silky-smooth notes.
