Presentation
Our cellar in St Bauzille de la Sylve offers you this summer vintage harvested on the territory of Gignac not far from the Pont du Diable. Located at the entrance of the Hérault gorges, the old Roman bridge, clinging to the steep banks, spans the river at its narrowest point. Considered as one of the oldest medieval bridges in France, it was built in the 11th century by the two nearby abbeys of Aniane and Saint-Guilhem le désert.
