Presentation
"The Pailhet vineyards cover 77 hectares. The reds are made from three grape varieties: Merlot (for its fruitiness), Cabernet Franc (for its spiciness) and Cabernet Sauvignon (for its structure and ageing potential).
The diversity of the soils makes our wines so rich: clay, sandy-gravel, clay-rock (flint) on hillside plots with a 20% slope!
The family business started with my father in 1978 with 8 hectares and has continued to grow ever since. We're all very proud to work in this vineyard."
