Close to the famous medieval city of Saint-Emilion and its vineyards, this appellation has the same hilly landscape, dotted with groves and hamlets, and a similar terroir. As it should be in Libournais, Lussac is an appellation dedicated to red wines, and it often favours the Merlot grape variety, as this vintage brilliantly reminds us.
