Presentation
"A clog maker was the first to settle on the estate around 1760, named Mr. Sabardin, which incidentally is my mother's maiden name. The family home, dating back to 1893, was built by my grandfather who joined the winery upon its establishment. I have been the President since 1999, twenty years after taking over the operation. I represent the 9th generation! From 9 hectares of vineyards at that time, we have expanded to 25 hectares today. But beyond volume, we are primarily focused on quality and ethics, which is why we are committed to organic farming practices."
