Proudly rooted in the festive tradition of the South-West, the 1.2.3 BIB range was specially designed to brighten up barbecues, refresh afternoons by the water, and spice up aperitifs with friends!
It comes from rich, typical regional terroirs made up of boulbène and gravel soils.
Winemaking
Traditional vinification at temperatures between 26°C and 29°C, with a short maceration of around ten days.
