Winemaking

Grapes harvested at dawn. Free-run and pressed rosé. Clarification by flotation. Low-temperature vinification (16–18°C).

Merlot : 50%
Côt : 30%
Cabernet franc : 20%

Serving

Serve between 8° and 10°C.

Tasting

Carrelot des Amants Rosé reveals a beautiful pale pink color. The nose charms with aromas of grapefruit and strawberry. The palate is lively and refreshingly crisp.

Food pairings

A rosé to enjoy as an aperitif, but also with salads, grilled dishes, plancha-cooked fish, or young goat’s or cow’s milk cheeses.
