Winemaking
Infiniment was harvested early to preserve the full potential of the fruit. Traditional vinification and maceration methods were used. The winemaking process was carried out without any added sulfur, and no sulfur was produced by the yeast. The sulfur content is below 10 mg/l. Since sulfur protects wine against oxidation, bottling was done promptly after vinification to protect the wine as much as possible.
