Proudly rooted in the festive tradition of the South-West, the 1.2.3 BIB range was specially designed to brighten up barbecues, refresh afternoons by the water, and spice up aperitifs with friends!
It comes from rich, typical regional terroirs made up of boulbène and gravel soils.

Direct pressing. Cold settling. Low-temperature vinification (16–18°C).
