"Grain d’Amour” is a sweet rosé made of black muscat, with only 10.5% ABV, created in 2000. Each Summer, discover the limited edition sleeve bottle.
Muscat of Hamburg (or black Muscat), is a grape variety rarely used in winemaking, giving a sweet and original touch. In the summer of 2015, the first “limited edition” was launched: a completely redesigned bottle featuring a girly, summery theme. Since then, every summer, consumers discover a brand-new design and add it to their collection, always with a pop and colorful flair !

Winemaking

Direct-press rosé. Clarification by flotation. Low-temperature fermentation (16–18°C).
Selected by the winemaking technician according to their sugar content and acidity, the grapes are pressed and then cooled. The juice is fermented for 15 days.

Serving

Serve very chilled, between 4°C and 6°C.

Tasting

Grain d’Amour is dressed in an intense coral-colored robe. The nose is pleasant, with notes of fresh grapes, lychee, and white peach. The palate is fruity, straightforward, and crisp.

A true pleasure wine, to be enjoyed as an aperitif or with dessert, to accompany a moment of indulgence.
