Tasting

This 2021 Bordeaux red displays a bright ruby colour with crimson highlights.
The nose is expressive, revealing fresh red and black fruits aromas (cherry, cassis, blackberry) with spicy notes, adding depth and refinement. On the palate, it is balanced, supple, and well-structured, featuring fine tannins and refreshing acidity characteristic of the vintage. The harmonious, lingering finish offers hints of ripe fruit and gentle spice.
An elegant and expressive wine, enjoyable now or over the next few years.

Food pairings

Belles Rives will be excellent with grilled red meats, duck breast, slow-cooked dishes (beef stew, lamb tagine), or aged cheeses like Cantal or Comté. It will also pairs beautifully with flavourful vegetarian dishes, such as a mushroom risotto or root vegetable gratin.
