Tasting
The color is dark, almost black. The nose is deep and refined, revealing a great deal of ripe fruit (blackberry, black cherry). Toasted notes (coffee) add complexity and a touch of smoothness. On the palate, it is full-bodied and fleshy, with firm yet relatively silky tannins. It has a very long finish. A wine for aging.
Food pairings
Cheese, Roasted red meat
