La Vicomté, Cépages Résistants, Floréal, Vin de France
Presentation
Floréal is a cross between Sauvignon and Chardonnay. Union of the two major white varietal grapes in the world, Floréal reaches a balance that is really difficult to obtain by just blending the wines of its two “parents”.
Location
Harvested in the heart of Languedoc.
In the vineyard
We cultivate our Floreal in compliance with High Environmental Value (HVE3) specifications : low use of chemicals, respect of the biodiversity and control of water usage.
Winemaking
The harvest is picked early in the morning, when temperatures are coolest. As soon as it arrives at the cellars, it is inerted with carbon dioxide and taken directly to the press, with the aim to avoid oxidation and preserve aromas.
