Presentation
At the heart of the world's largest wine-growing region, our 7,500 hectares of vines flourish on rich, varied soils: limestone, Villefranchian terraces and fertile valleys fed by the Hérault river. Cradled by an ideal Mediterranean climate, our plots enable us to harvest exceptional grape varieties, grown in compliance with the HVE3 charter.

In the heart of Languedoc area.
Terroir
Grenache has a particular affinity for limestone-rich soils. Limestone soils are alkaline and often have good water retention capabilities.
In the vineyard
We grow our Sauvignon in compliance with the High Environmental Value (HVE3) specifications: low use of chemicals, respect for biodiversity and control of water use.

Tasting
This Sauvignon with its pale color and green highlights has a complex, exotic nose with notes of boxwood and pomelo. The palate is refined and elegant, reminiscent of white-fleshed fruit.
