Presentation
Located in the heart of the world's largest wine-producing region, the vineyards of the Vicomté winegrowers cover more than 7,500 hectares. They grow on hilly terrain fed by sediments of the Hérault River, but also on more calcareous soils such as the Villefranchian terraces and semi-slopes. Benefiting from a Mediterranean climate, dry and arid in summer and mild in winter, we harvest the finest grape varieties under HVE3 charter.
The vintage
We sought an aromatic impression of pink fruits and a long finish, a velvety tannic structure and a discreet alcoholic balance. Character, harmony and drinkability.

In the vineyard
We cultivate our vineyards in accordance with the High Environmental Value (HVE3) standards, ensuring minimal use of chemicals, preservation of biodiversity, and responsible water management.

Tasting
The wine has a beautiful, deep, lively red colour. On first aeration, the nose reveals notes of raspberry syrup, redcurrant and rose. This is followed by spicier characters, with a clear impression of black liquorice, and then the scents of a Mediterranean environment. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, with remarkably velvety tannins that carry through to the finish. The aromatic notes are confirmed by grenadine syrup, thyme blossom and peppery liquorice.
