Tasting
This rosé, with its pale pink, almost crystalline color, is an invitation to taste. On the nose, it reveals a delicate, expressive bouquet, with intense notes of juicy strawberries, ripe peaches and citrus fruits such as grapefruit and tangerine. Aromas of fresh strawberries and crunchy cherries dominate, accompanied by subtle floral notes and a light minerality. The texture is silky and light, with a harmonious finish and a hint of pleasant bitterness. This rosé is ideal for sunny days and aperitifs with friends.
Food pairings
Its lightness and fruity character make it a perfect choice to pair with summer salads, seafood dishes, or fresh cheeses. It is also enjoyable on its own, allowing you to fully appreciate its freshness and liveliness.
