Located in the heart of the world's largest wine-producing region, the vineyards of the Vicomté winegrowers cover more than 7,500 hectares. They grow on hilly terrain fed by sediments of the Hérault River, but also on more calcareous soils such as the Villefranchian terraces and semi-slopes. Benefiting from a Mediterranean climate, dry and arid in summer and mild in winter, we harvest the finest grape varieties.

Winemaking

The harvest is picked in the early hours of the morning when the temperature is coolest. As soon as it arrives, it is inerted with carbon dioxide and taken directly to the press. The aim is to limit oxygenation reactions.

Grenache gris : 50%

Tasting

This salmon-pink rosé reveals notes of raspberry, strawberry and pomelo. Fluid and pure in the mouth, notes of red fruit and lychee mark the palate of this light rosé.
