Presentation

At the heart of the world's largest wine-growing region, our 7,500 hectares of vines flourish on rich, varied soils: limestone, Villefranchian terraces and fertile valleys fed by the Hérault river. Cradled by an ideal Mediterranean climate, our plots enable us to harvest exceptional grape varieties, grown in compliance with the HVE3 charter.

Tasting

This Chardonnay is a beautiful yellow color, still full of vitality, revealing notes of white flowers, hazelnut, brioche and citrus on the nose. On the palate, this wine is both full-bodied and fresh, creating good harmony. Its fluid texture gives way to a delicate combination of substance and finesse.

Food pairings

As an aperitif with tapas, or throughout a meal with grilled fish, prawns or goat's cheese.
