The grapes are sourced from carefully selected terroirs known for their high aromatic concentration, helping to preserve the wine’s richness and character after dealcoholization.
The result is an elegant and convivial alcohol-free red wine that preserves all the pleasure of an aromatic wine in a modern and indulgent style.
Winemaking
After traditional vinification, the wine undergoes a gentle dealcoholization under vacuum at low temperature (35°C). This precise technical process allows to preserve the aromas and freshness of the wine to the maximum. Special attention is then given to the final balance, with a real mastery of the texture and aromatic profile, in order to preserve all the greediness, harmony, and accessibility of the wine.
